The location was easy to reach with a free shuttle bus service, and the ferry service was also an enjoyable option. The sports facilities were excellent, especially the large swimming pool, and the fishing trip was a great opportunity. The deserted island tour was another exciting and unique adventure.

The restaurant's quality was average, and it was mainly for the local tours, which led to some crowded areas. The bus station information could have been more clear and pronounced since the map was easy to miss from the emails' attachments.

We stayed in the Annex building, which had stunning views of Nagasaki Bay and the surrounding hills. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hot spring was a special treat and the meals in the main dining room were delicious. The hotel lacked proper soundproofing in some rooms, which made it hard to sleep since you could hear noise from neighboring rooms. there was no resort map or restaurant menu available in the rooms or online, and we had to call reception to get them.
